Adequate Solutions ("we", "us", or "our") operates the SAVIOUR HEALTH CARE mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we access, collect, use, store, protect, and disclose information when you use the App.
By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Login and Account Information
Access to the App is provided using predefined login credentials supplied by the relevant organisation, institution, or administrator. The App does not currently provide public user registration or self-service account creation.
Depending on the user's role and the information maintained by the organisation, the App may process identifiers associated with the user account, including user ID and related profile information.
1.2 Personal Information
The App may process personal information such as:
- Name and user identification information
- Mobile phone number
- Email address
- Organisation, institution, or attendance-related information
1.3 Attendance Information
The App is used to record, process, view, and transmit attendance information. Attendance records may be associated with a user, date, time, organisation, institution, or other information required for attendance management.
1.4 Camera
The App may request access to the device camera for features that require camera functionality, such as attendance-related verification, scanning, identification, or other functionality provided by the App. Camera access is used only when required by the relevant feature.
1.5 Location Information
The App may request access to the device's location information (including precise location where the operating system permission allows it) for attendance and related operational purposes, such as verifying that an attendance activity is performed at an authorised location.
Location access is requested through the Android permission system. Users can manage location permissions through their device settings. If location permission is required for a particular attendance function, disabling the permission may prevent that function from working correctly.
2. How We Use Information
We use information collected or processed by the App for purposes including:

- Providing access to the App and its features.
- Recording and managing attendance.
- Verifying attendance activities where location or camera functionality is required.
- Maintaining and improving the App.
- Providing technical support and resolving operational issues.
- Maintaining security and preventing unauthorised access or misuse.
- Communicating service-related information when necessary.
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell personal information or use personal information for third-party advertising.
Information may be disclosed or transmitted to the organisation, institution, employer, administrator, or other authorised entity responsible for providing the user's access to the App, where this is necessary to provide attendance and related services.
Information may also be processed by service providers that support hosting, infrastructure, security, maintenance, or technical operation of the App and its backend systems. Such providers are expected to process information only for legitimate service purposes and in accordance with applicable requirements.
We may disclose information where required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or a valid governmental request, or where necessary to protect the rights, safety, security, and integrity of our users, services, or systems.
4. Push Notifications
The App may support push notifications for service-related communications. If push notifications are enabled, the App may process a device or notification token so that notifications can be delivered to the appropriate device.
Push notifications are intended for service-related purposes and are not used for third-party advertising.
5. Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party technical services when required to provide, secure, maintain, or improve its functionality. Such services may process limited technical or user information necessary for the relevant service.
We do not currently use advertising services in the App.
If additional third-party services are introduced, this Privacy Policy may be updated to accurately describe the relevant data practices.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction.
Access to information is restricted to authorised users and personnel who need the information to operate or support the service. Where appropriate, data is transmitted using secure communication methods.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal and attendance information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain attendance records, satisfy legitimate business or operational requirements, resolve disputes, maintain security, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
When information is no longer required for these purposes, it may be deleted, anonymised, or securely disposed of in accordance with our applicable retention practices.
8. Account and Data Deletion Requests
The App does not currently provide public self-service account registration. User accounts are generally created and managed by the relevant organisation or administrator.
A user may request deletion or removal of their personal information by contacting Adequate Solutions or the organisation/administrator that manages their App account. Requests will be reviewed and handled subject to applicable legal, contractual, security, and legitimate record-keeping requirements.
